These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sanatan Marg: Daily Bhakti application ("App") provided by SNOWPEX TECHNOLOGIES ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or otherwise using Sanatan Marg: Daily Bhakti, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sanatan Marg: Daily Bhakti is a spiritual companion application offering access to Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana, daily Panchangam, Puja guides, Mantra counter, Bhajans, Temple directory, and other devotional content for the Sanatana Dharma community. The App is provided "as is" and features may change over time.

3. User Accounts

• No registration is required. Your account is automatically created and identified by a unique Device ID generated on your device. We do not collect your name, email address, password, or any other personal information for account purposes.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur through the App on your device. If you believe your device or App session has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@snowpex.com.
• If you uninstall the App or reset your device, your Device ID may change and any associated data or progress may not be recoverable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Upload, post, or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content through the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, and software — is the property of SNOWPEX TECHNOLOGIES or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Spiritual texts (Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana, etc.) included in the App are sourced from public-domain translations and repositories and remain in the public domain.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or premium subscriptions. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Accuracy of Religious & Spiritual Content

The App contains devotional and spiritual content including, but not limited to, Aarties, Bhajans, Mantras, shlokas from the Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana, and other sacred texts. While we strive to present this content faithfully, please be aware of the following:

• Some content may differ slightly from certain regional, sectarian, or traditionally accepted versions. Variations in wording, transliteration, or translation may exist across different sampradayas and lineages.
• Aarties, prayers, and stotras included in the App may be adapted for readability or audio presentation and might not match every printed or oral tradition exactly.
• We do not claim that any content in the App represents the sole authoritative version of any scripture, prayer, or ritual text.
• Users are encouraged to consult their guru, pandit, or a trusted traditional source for matters requiring precise scriptural accuracy, especially for religious ceremonies and rituals.

SNOWPEX TECHNOLOGIES makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, precision, or authenticity of any spiritual or religious content in the App and shall not be held responsible for any discrepancies between the content provided and any particular traditional or authoritative source.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SNOWPEX TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
